What are your business hours?

We are in our office every Monday through Friday 10am-6pm, excluded holidays.

How do I qualify for volume discounting?

Please contact us for volume discount.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, contact our Account Manager or the Customer Service Department during normal business hours. The order may be cancelled without penalty unless the product has already shipped.

What methods of payment does SoCal LED Lighting Inc. accept?

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards are accepted. PayPal users are welcome as well. Payment by cashier’s check, money order, or personal check are also acceptable providing the order is placed directly with an Account Manager. Please note an order paid with a personal check will be held until all funds are available resulting in an order processing delay of up to 3-weeks.

How do I get my tracking information?

We work hard to keep you informed. As soon as your product ships from our warehouse, we forward the shipping information to your email or to your preferred contact.

How fast can SoCal LED Lighting Inc. deliver my order?

Provided all product ordered is in stock, orders typically deliver in 5 to 7 business days. For more immediate delivery needs, please contact an Account Manager to confirm product availability and shipping method options.

We shipped from Los Angeles CA.

Will SoCal LED Lighting Inc. release any of my information without my explicit permission?

Never! Customer information provided is used solely by LED Lighting Wholesale Inc. to serve you in the best and most efficient manner possible. Your security is important to us and we do not give any of your information to anyone. For more information, read our privacy policy.

How can I return my goods for a refund or exchange?

We accept returns for items within (14) days from receiving of purchase. No returns will be accepted beyond (14) days unless it is a warranty issue. Please verify that you have received the correct items and you are satisfied with them within the (7) days of receiving the item(s) Please Visit our Return Policy Page for further information.

What type of warranty comes with your products?

Our standard warranties are 1-3 years depending on products with 5 and 7 year options on select products. Warranty DOES NOT include labor.
